Delivery (Performance of Service) and Cancellation/Refund Policy
Service Delivery: Congress, symposium, or event registrations purchased via sadefekongre.org.tr are digital services. No physical shipping or ticket delivery is made. Upon successful completion of your payment transaction, your registration confirmation and e-ticket/entry document are considered delivered by being sent instantly (or within a maximum of 24 hours) to the email address you specified in the form. On the day of the event, you can receive your name badge from the registration desks by presenting this email or your ID.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation and refund requests for purchased event registrations are subject to the following rules based on the dynamics of the organization:

For cancellation requests made up to 30 days before the event start date, the entire amount paid (100%) is refunded. (Excluding bank commissions and deductions).

For cancellation requests made up to 15 days before the event start date, 50% of the paid amount is refunded. (Excluding bank commissions and deductions).

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event start date or in case of non-attendance (No-Show), no refund will be issued. Registration changes can be made.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to bilgi@ditagrup.com. Approved refunds will be transferred to the credit card used for payment within the timeframe specified by the intermediary bank.
