This agreement is established electronically between Sadefe Kongre ve Organizasyon and the buyer in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The person/institution purchasing services by filling out the registration form electronically via the sadefekongre.org.tr platform. (Buyer information refers to the details declared on the payment page).
Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale, performance, and cancellation conditions of the event/congress participation service that the BUYER ordered (registered for) electronically from the SELLER's website sadefekongre.org.tr.
Article 3 - Service Subject to the Agreement The type of service, event name, date, sales price including taxes, and payment method are as specified on the payment page at sadefekongre.org.tr and in the order confirmation email. The service in question does not require physical delivery; the registration confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email address.
Article 4 - General Provisions 4.1. The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed about all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, as well as the execution and cancellation conditions of the service subject to the agreement, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. 4.2. The SELLER is responsible for providing the service subject to the agreement completely and in accordance with the advertised qualifications. 4.3. If, for any reason, the service fee is not paid or is canceled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to perform the service.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts; "Contracts regarding accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and the use of free time for entertainment or recreation purposes, which must be executed on a specific date or within a specific period" are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, as a general rule, there is no right of withdrawal for congress/event tickets and registrations. However, within the scope of customer satisfaction, the SELLER applies the refund policies tied to specific dates stated on the "Cancellation/Refund Policy" page.
Article 6 - Competent Court In disputes that may arise from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the settlement of the SELLER or the BUYER are authorized.
In the event the order is realized, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
