Invitation to the 7th International Congress on Home Health Care and Social Services
Dear Colleagues and Stakeholders,
We are delighted to invite you to the 7th International Congress on Home Health Care and Social Services, which will be held on November 13–16, 2025, hosted by University of Health Sciences, Türkiye.
Our congress aims to bring together local and international academics, practitioners, and professionals from various disciplines including health sciences, social work, nursing, gerontology, psychology, social policy, and rehabilitation, to share scientific developments, practical experiences, and best practices in the field of home health care and social services.
This year’s main theme is:
“Inclusive and Sustainable Models of Home-Based Services.”
In this context, the congress will focus on key issues such as the aging population, the rise of chronic diseases, caregiver burden, and the digital transformation of health systems.
In addition to oral and poster presentations, the congress program will feature panels, workshops, and special sessions designed to foster knowledge exchange and promote interdisciplinary collaborations.
We warmly invite academics, professionals, policy makers, NGOs, private sector representatives, and students to join us at this important event. Together, we can share knowledge and strengthen our field.

Submission Guidelines
THIS CONGRESS IS A PEER-REVIEWED EVENT
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION HAS STARTED
The “7th International Congress on Home Healthcare and Social Services” will be held between 13–16 November 2025 at the University of Health Sciences, Gülhane Faculty of Health Sciences.
Within the scope of the congress, abstract and poster submissions will be accepted, and all accepted papers will be presented orally in person.
The abstract submission rules are detailed below.
The prepared abstract and poster files should be uploaded through the “Add Abstract” section available on the congress website.
Abstract Submission Deadline: 3 November 2025, 17:00.
All accepted abstracts will be presented on 16 November 2025. The presentation program will be announced before the congress date.
PRESENTATION RULES
● All accepted abstracts can be presented orally at the congress.
● Oral presentations will be held in designated halls at the University of Health Sciences, Gülhane Faculty of Health Sciences during the congress dates.
● Presentation times will be announced on the Scientific Program page after all submissions have been evaluated.
● All abstract submissions must be made through the Online Abstract Submission System on the congress website.
● Only abstracts will be accepted, and the abstracts of the presentations will be published in the Abstract Book with ISBN number.
● Abstracts must be prepared in both Turkish and English, following the “Abstract Template.” Both Turkish and English texts must be carefully written in terms of grammar, clarity, and spelling. Abstracts with deficiencies in these areas or those for which requested revisions are not made will not be accepted.
● Each participant may submit a maximum of two abstracts.
● Abstracts must comply with the Congress Topics listed below. Abstracts not related to these topics will not be accepted.
● The acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be decided by the Editorial Board based on peer review. The corresponding author will be informed of the result via email.
● The evaluation process of submissions can be followed through the online submission system by the registered user. When the abstract is uploaded, a revision is requested, or the abstract is accepted or rejected, notification emails will be sent to the author. Therefore, it is recommended to check your inbox and spam folders regularly.
● While submitting the abstract file, the file name should be “name-surname-Evsad2025”.
● All presentations must be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, single line spacing, and justified alignment. All pages should be numbered consecutively.
● Congress registration is mandatory to present an abstract.
● Master’s and PhD students are entitled to a discounted registration and submission fee of 2,000 TL. Please upload your valid student certificate along with the payment receipt.
POSTER PRESENTATION RULES
● Posters must be prepared as a single piece with dimensions of 50 x 70 cm.
● Posters should be sent in PDF format via email to the Organizing Committee.
● The logo of the institution (university, research institute, general directorate, etc.) should be placed in the upper left corner, and the PASHIDER logo should be placed in the upper right corner of the poster.
● The names of the authors’ institutions may be indicated below the authors’ names or as a footnote at the bottom of the poster.
● Posters should be prepared in Times New Roman font and must include the following sections: Title, Abstract (in Turkish and English), Introduction and Aim, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, Recommendations, Keywords, and References. The font size, as well as the resolution and size of photographs and graphics, are at the discretion of the authors.
● Posters will be uploaded to the congress website at the beginning of the congress.
● Poster Submission Deadline: 30 October 2025, 17:00.
